Chapter Presents Contributions to Shaw President

The Weldon-Seaboard Alumni Chapter of Shaw University traveled to Raleigh to present contributions collected during the Chapter’s Annual Shaw Day Service held at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Seaboard on March 16th. The Chapter raised $8,000.00 for student scholarships. The Chapter has held its Annual Shaw Day Service the third Sunday in March since it was established in 1935. In 2015 the Chapter will celebrate 80 years of service to Shaw University and local students attending Shaw.
